If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have the right to return your order within 14 days starting from the delivery date.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please make sure to keep the original packaging and shipping receipt.

Your contact information (has to be the same as on the order)
The item you want to return (specify the item number which should be five characters long e.g. 6A851)

If you want to exchange the item, reorder the item or refund the full amount back to your account.

We only refund the full amount back to the original payment method.
Following your return request we will oversee the request and guide you towards returning the package.
After shipping the order back to us:
Once the package arrives at our location our own experts will determine whether the item is still original, genuine, and undamaged. Only then will we proceed with the refund.
If the product is damaged, worn, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge this depreciation of the product to you.
Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.

The costs associated with the return shipping are at your own expense. For the exact rates please consult your carrier.
In store return:
You also have the possibility to return the item in our physical store within 14 days of the delivery day. The same rules will apply as a regular return shipment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your order will automatically be refunded, exchanged or sent again within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
