FOREIGN SHIPPING

Insured shipping outside the Netherlands is possible. For EU countries, we charge €24.95 per order. For non-EU countries, shipping costs vary by location. You can contact us for more information. We are happy to help you personally!

We deliver your order FREE & INSURED within the Netherlands!

Your order will be sent by registered mail via PostNL’s parcel service (within the Netherlands). This means you are required to sign for receipt. Please take this into account when providing your delivery address (home or work).

For other EU countries, we ship insured for €24.95. For countries outside the EU, we ship insured at varying shipping rates. These shipping costs differ per region. For more information, please contact us.

 


 

YOUR ORDER:

We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Generally, this means your order will be sent the next working day. In exceptional cases, unforeseen issues may occur during delivery by PostNL, which could cause a delay. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this.

Would you like to be certain that you receive your order on a specific date? Then you can also choose to pick it up in our store.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

These delivery times are indicative and apply to orders placed before 12:00 PM:

  • Monday → delivered on Tuesday

  • Tuesday → delivered on Wednesday

  • Wednesday → delivered on Thursday

  • Thursday → delivered on Friday

  • Friday → delivered on Saturday

  • Saturday* → delivered on Tuesday

  • Sunday* → delivered on Tuesday

* Please note: orders placed during the weekend are delivered on Tuesday.

 


 

TRACK & TRACE:

Once we have prepared your order for shipment and the package has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code. Use Track & Trace to follow your parcel and stay up to date on the delivery status.

 


 

MISSED THE DELIVERY DATE?

PostNL will attempt delivery to your address two times at most. If you are not at home during the second attempt, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest PostNL location. Where you can collect the package within three weeks. Don’t forget to bring valid identification, otherwise the parcel cannot be handed over to you!

 


 

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

Our jewelry is packaged in an eco-friendly jewelry box and luxury pouch. Both are made from FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue. Each box contains a velvet interior and a soft velvet protective cloth.

Are you giving the ring for a special occasion and would like to store it in a solid ring box, or do you simply prefer a luxurious gift box with a chic appearance? Then take a look at our luxurious white wooden ring box with nappa leather interior. We offer it at cost price!

With every order, you will receive a special gold polishing cloth, our business card with a handy guide to diamond color and quality, and of course your unique Diamond Certificate. We personally and carefully pack your order in a discreet shipping box, so you don’t have to worry about your purchase!
